GMTech terms of use for AI Lab and all related services.

Acceptance
By creating an account or using AI Lab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 or older to use AI Lab. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Permitted Use
You may use AI Lab for lawful purposes only. You may not use AI Lab to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API in ways that damage the platform or other users
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Violate the acceptable use policies of the underlying model providers
Your Content
You own the prompts and outputs you generate. We do not claim ownership over your content. By using AI Lab, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to deliver the service.
Fees and Credits
Subscription fees are charged in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law. Credit balances are non-refundable. We will provide 30 days’ notice before changing subscription pricing.
Credits do not expire as long as your subscription is active. If your subscription lapses, credit balances are held for 90 days.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
GMTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any calendar month shall not exceed the fees you paid in that month.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Marin County, California. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class arbitration.
Changes to These Terms
We will notify you of material changes to these terms via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
