What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — account details (name, email, password), payment information (processed by our payment provider; we don’t store card numbers), and prompts and queries you run through AI Lab.
We also collect usage data automatically: pages visited, features used, response times, and error logs. This is used to improve the platform.
How We Use Your Data
- To operate and improve AI Lab and our services
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To respond to support requests
- To send platform updates and release notes (you can opt out)
We do not sell your data. We do not use your prompts to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (payment processors, infrastructure providers).
Model Providers
When you run a prompt through AI Lab, it is sent to the relevant model provider’s API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). We pass no identifying information about you to those providers. Your queries are anonymous to them.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Data Storage
Your data is processed in the United States and hosted in Germany. By using AI Lab, you consent to this transfer.
Age Requirement
AI Lab is available to users 18 and older only.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will notify you via email and update the “last updated” date above. We will explain what changed and why in plain language.
