Most AI interfaces are read-only after the model responds. AI Lab isn't. You can edit any model response directly in the thread — change the wording, insert text, flip the tone — then continue the conversation. The model responds as if it said that. This opens up a class of testing most tools don't support: adversarial prompting, red-teaming, jailbreak resistance testing, and persona consistency checks. It's one of the more unusual things you can do in AI Lab, and it's intentional.
